It has two separate tanks for brewing and holding with different temperature calibrations. The extraction section maintains water at 90-95 °C for proper flavor release, while the holding section keeps brewed coffee at 65-75 °C to retain its taste quality avoiding the need of repeated reheating. The inner tank and brewing head are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, and all coffee-contact components comply with applicable food-contact safety standards for reliable daily operation.
